The 2014 China Hefei Taoxi peach flower festival, featuring local products from Sanshigang county in Anhui, will be held in Taoxi fruit farm from March 22 to April 8.

"The themed activities consist of four parts, namely Peach touch, Peach luck, Peach wander and Peach fun," said a spokesman for the organizer.

An elaborate art performance will be presented on the opening day, and some promotional events tasting local culinary specialties will also be held in the Dongqu culture square.

 Apart from the first day's events, a series of activities such as an outdoor symphony, blind date, public show, photographic painting competition, Traditional opera (Luju and Huangmeixi) and guessing games will also be held in or around the festival.
