The passport is a policy jointly introduced by the Bozhou Cultural Tourism Bureau and Bozhou Cultural Tourism Company. It incorporates ten scenic spots, including the Flower Theater, the troop road of Cao Cao, and the Weiwu Shrine. The tickets to all these areas normally amount to 325 yuan ($ 52.9), but after the passport is unveiled, it will only cost 100 yuan for anyone to visit them for an unlimited amount of times within a year.

The passport will be the size of a pocket book. It includes the holder's personal information and photo, and cannot be lent to anyone else.
