Jiuhua Mountain opens exhibition center for calligraphy by eminent monks
Updated: 2013-09-11

Located on Kecun ancient street in the Jiuhua Mountain scenic spot, the exhibition center for calligraphy works by eminent monks officially opened on September 8.

In addition to calligraphy created by more than 100 prestigious monks such as Master Hongyi, the exhibition center also boasts works from various famous painters and calligraphers. As a public cultural venue, the center will aperiodically hold academic or artistic activities on sinology, meditation and Buddhist music. Now tourists to Jiuhua Mountain have another way to appreciate traditional Chinese culture.

A seminar on the calligraphy works in the center was also held on the day of the opening.
